Our Because Menopause Box is meant to add some support and a lot more joy during this wild ride. We hope to empower you, help you feel better, and find a community of other women who are going through this transition right alongside you. Our Story
When we entered the perimenopause years, we had no idea how challenging it was going to be. All of a sudden the things we took for granted, like quality sleep, stable moods, a consistent body temperature, and the svelte figures that didn't take much to maintain, had been replaced with insomnia, profuse sweating, muffin tops, and chin hair (eek!). We felt like foreigners in our own bodies and honestly had no idea that this journey would impact our lives so much... and for up to 13+ years, no less. Thankfully we had each other (the perk of being twins going through menopause together) and could support each other - sharing what worked, what didn't work, and enjoy a few laughs along the way (maybe a few tears, too). We started Because Menopause to help support other women going through this journey, because we found that we weren't alone and so many others were struggling right alongside us. Our hope is that our Because Menopause Box and Community helps you feel just a bit better, and that you find your tribe here with us. Together, not only can we get through this transition, but we can thrive in the process!
